Maple Weekend 2026

Maple Weekend
Maple Weekend

What a truly sweet and memorable Maple Weekend at Turkey Street Maples! 🍁

Despite a mix of rain, snow, and unpredictable spring weather, our community showed up in the best way possible. We are incredibly grateful to everyone who made the trip to visit our sugarhouse, support our small maple operation, and celebrate this special time of year with us. Your patience, kindness, and enthusiasm did not go unnoticed—and they made all the difference.

Throughout the weekend, it was a joy to welcome so many visitors to experience the sights, smells, and flavors of maple sugaring. From sampling maple treats to stepping inside the sugarhouse, the energy and excitement reminded us why we love what we do. Events like Maple Weekend are about more than just syrup—they’re about connection, tradition, and community.

We would also like to extend a sincere thank you to everyone who helped keep things safe during the busy weekend. Parking in the driveway and staying off the road made a big difference, especially with changing weather conditions. Your cooperation helped ensure a safe and smooth experience for all.

A very special thank you goes out to our family and friends who stepped in to lend a hand. Whether it was helping with customers, preparing products, or simply keeping things running behind the scenes, your support means everything to us. We truly couldn’t have done it without you.

We are also proud to be part of the Tamworth Area Maple Map, alongside a group of hardworking and passionate local sugarhouses. This collaboration highlights the importance of supporting local and celebrating the traditions that make our region so special.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for making this Maple Weekend one to remember.

Kate gave us an amazing rundown of the syrup making process. It was easy to coordinate and she was super communicative and flexible. On top of everything else we got some great gifts for people back home- would definitely come again!
