Maple Butternut Squash
Maple butternut squash makes a great side dish for any family meal. You could even mash the squash after it’s roasted. We hope you enjoy this recipe.
Ingredients:
2 cups of peeled and cubed butternut squash
1/4 cup Turkey Street Maples maple syrup
3 Tblsp olive oil
1 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375F degrees
- Toss all ingredients in a bowl until squashed is covered completely.
- Place squash in a single layer on a cookie sheet.
- Roast squash for about 15 minutes or until tender.
