Maple Butternut Squash

Maple butternut squash makes a great side dish for any family meal. You could even mash the squash after it’s roasted. We hope you enjoy this recipe.

Ingredients:Maple Butternut Squash

2 cups of peeled and cubed butternut squash

1/4 cup Turkey Street Maples maple syrup

3 Tblsp olive oil

1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375F degrees
  2. Toss all ingredients in a bowl until squashed is covered completely.
  3. Place squash in a single layer on a cookie sheet.
  4. Roast squash for about 15 minutes or until tender.
  5. Enjoy!
